With 25 years of experience starting as a bricklayer and continuously expanding his skill set, Dan possesses a first-class degree in construction management, as well as NEBOSH General and NEBOSH Construction accreditation. He has successfully tackled diverse projects across various sectors, ranging from retail to high-end developments.
Committed to delivering excellence on every project, Dan prioritizes overseeing on-site efficiency and safety while implementing Kaizen’s core objectives.

Joanne is responsible for the daily finances and keeping a close eye on expenses and budgets.
