With 25 years of experience starting as a bricklayer and continuously expanding his skill set, Dan possesses a first-class degree in construction management, as well as NEBOSH General and NEBOSH Construction accreditation. He has successfully tackled diverse projects across various sectors, ranging from retail to high-end developments.
Committed to delivering excellence on every project, Dan prioritizes overseeing on-site efficiency and safety while implementing Kaizen’s core objectives.

Tiernan, brings with him more than four decades of experience and a vast wealth of knowledge in the industry. He has kept pace with the evolution of the field and is dedicated to creating sustainable and energy-efficient homes.
Tiernan strongly advocates for alternative heating systems that promote clean, filtered air and energy-efficient technology. His approach to each project prioritizes efficiency, sustainability, and minimizing carbon impact. This results in the delivery of homes that meet both current and future legislation, while adhering to the highest standards.
In addition to securing new contracts, Tiernan also provides support for ongoing projects and customers.
